Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed due to our automatic credit card processing system. We only accept orders and ship to the billing address and name on the card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided. The 3 digit code on the back of the card will also be required.

In addition we accept cashiers checks and post office money orders only. No personal checks.
Online Order | to the top
We have secure online ordering. When shopping on-line, just click on the "add to cart" button next to the item you would like to order. This item is then added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order, click on the "Place Order" button at the top of your computer screen. You will then be asked to fill out a secure online order form, which will safely deliver your personal and credit card information.

Print order form and send with postal money order or cashiers check and or credit card information to:

Please never send cash through the mail. Also be sure to include all information on your order form with method of payment. No COD’s or personal checks are accepted. Postal money orders or cashiers checks may take longer as they need to clear the bank first.
E-mail Confirmation | to the top
Our system emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt please check your spam settings of your email program. Often spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address.
Return & Refund Policy | to the top
For sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS.
Damaged items | to the top
If any items are damaged, e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt at wecare@indianhairexport.com and an investigation will be started.
 
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed due to our automatic processing system.

Customers who cancel due to back order are exempt from this.

If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, unclaimed or cancelled after placing your order; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Coupons will not apply. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

Large orders or orders in question may require a cardholder signature on a sales slip to be faxed or e-mailed to PlatinumEX Hair. This is shared upon check out before hitting submit. If an order is canceled because a customer refuses to sign a 10% cancellation fee will incur.

We do not issue store credits or refund cash or credit cards.
Back Orders | to the top
This only applies in case of we are accepting retail orders: In case of a back order or discontinued item, customer will be notified through e-mail and given the option to wait, select another item or cancel that portion of the order. The portion that is in stock will be shipped.

If we are out of stock in the length you chose we will send the next longest length at no extra charge. Please e-mail us if you do not want this substitute.
Discreet Shipping | to the top
All orders shipped from Hus & Hovis will not say hair extensions anywhere on the outside of the package. Your shipment will be delivered discreetly and the shipping label will say Hus & Hovis, LLC.
Shipping Information | to the top
Provide and fully spell your whole accurate billing name, address, phone and EMAIL ADDRESS. Do not give 2 addresses.

If we cannot contact you about a problem, through e-mail your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

For customer protection due to online fraud we ship only to the billing address and name on the card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided.

For your protection, if the value of the shipment is of high dollar value and/or carrier deems unsafe to leave package at door, a signature will be required to receive your shipment. If credit card holder is not home to sign for shipment, carrier will either leave a note with instructions, reattempt to deliver or both. Hus & Hovis will not be responsible for shipping delays due to the above circumstances.

We do not ship COD and cannot use customer’s personal shipping account.

Shipping and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day before and after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Eid, Diwali and any other Indian holiday when business operations stop.
Shipping Delays | to the top
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Production days begin the day after order is processed or you received a trasnaction receipt. We ship via Aramex, DHL, UPS and/or USPS.

We will email you tracking number once it has shipped or you can contact us for tracking or shipping information.
Free shipping | to the top
Some items have free shipping. If you add more items to your cart that do not have free shipping then shipping fees for those items will be applied.
Shipping & Handling | to the top
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Shipping lead times for hair extensions for upto 2kg is 2-2.5 weeks. Lace wigs 25-30 days. Lace frontals 20-25 days. For larger orders email us for estimate. Lead times are apporximations only and depend on current production demands.

Returned Packages | to the top
If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, returned or unclaimed; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We will notify you via e-mail and wait to hear from you. We may offer to reship and customer pays for shipping with a signature required from the cardholder or the balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Color Match | to the top
If you request color, style or hair help from our experts and our suggestions are not satisfactory, return fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.

Only certain colors are available for each item; therefore, always check the item's color availability. Color charts can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase a color ring.

Please choose carefully as all sales are final with no refunds.
Theft & Fraud | to the top
Credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. Non payment of orders due to credit card disputes will be sent to collections and prosecuted.
